After purchasing a lesson package, you'll receive credits added to your account. You'll then be able to view available time slots and book the ones that best fit your child's schedule directly through your account.

Absolutely! I understand that schedules can change. You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your lessons. However, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows me to accommodate other students and ensure a smooth learning experience for everyone. Just reach out, and I'll be happy to assist you with any adjustments you need. If a cancellation is made with less than 12 hours' notice, the lesson will still be deducted from your lesson balance. I kindly ask for your understanding as teachers invest valuable time and effort in preparing for each lesson. Prompt notification of any schedule changes helps us provide the best possible learning experience for all our students. I appreciate your cooperation in honoring the cancellation policy.

All lessons are conducted on FunClass, a user-friendly, browser-based platform designed specifically for kids. It offers interactive features like games, drawing tools, and flashcards to keep lessons engaging. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge for the best experience.

The booking calendar is updated regularly, typically offering availability up to three weeks in advance. If you don't see a time that works, feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule.

Lessons are typically available seven days a week, between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST. Please note that times may vary slightly, especially during daylight saving time. You can convert EST to your local time here.

Currently, I focus on one-on-one lessons to provide personalized attention. However, if you'd like to include a sibling or friend in a lesson, that's absolutely fine! Group lessons may be offered in the future.

If your child is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time to ensure fairness to all students. We'll make the most of the remaining time to cover as much material as possible.

I utilize the Abridge Academy curriculum, which offers a structured yet engaging approach to learning English. It includes a variety of interactive materials tailored to different proficiency levels.
